CIVICO 5 - cozy house in Assisi

Civico 5 is a quiet nest in the historic center of Assisi. Each of you will be welcome and can and should feel at home! Very bright and well located to start your visit to the beautiful city of Assisi. The terrace provides a complete view of the valley and the wonders of the city. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people and consists of a bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom with shower. The house has air conditioning. The space The accommodation consists of a large space that includes the kitchen and the living room with a double sofa bed, illuminated by two large windows that lead to the terrace overlooking the valley. From there you can admire the Church of Santa Chiara, the arch of Porta Nuova, the Torre del Popolo (municipal tower) and the Rocca Maggiore of Assisi and enjoy the sunset in front of you in peace! Guest access The house is located in the historic center of Assisi. Parking is not allowed in front of the house as it is a limited traffic area and only possible for residents. You can park your car for free, if available, around the area where the house is located, just outside the walls that border the Historic center within a maximum radius of 500 meters. Free parking is available at the Dell parking lot. Ospedale, which is 500 meters from the house, a 10-minute walk. A 5-minute walk from the house there is a paid parking lot (Porta Nuova parking lot) guarded with affordable daily prices. The entrance to the house is completely independent. Please let us know your arrival time when you make your reservation or as soon as you have arranged your trip. Check-in can be done in complete autonomy, as a lockbox with a password is provided with the keys to the house inside. The password will be communicated to you on the day of arrival.
