The space The accommodation is a private and cosy self-contained 3 bedrooms apartment (3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, another bathroom, living room and kitchen downstairs). Attached to our family home, it features a separate car park, private entrance and sound-proofed shared wall for peace and quiet. At our farmstay, you can relax and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of rural life, while enjoying all the comforts of a modern home. We offer a range of breakfast essentials including milk, eggs, bacon, bread, tea, butter, jam, cheese, and coffee. You're welcome to whip up your own meal in our fully equipped kitchen at your leisure. Occasionally, we may also leave a few bonus goodies like fresh fruit or seasonal herbs from our garden—help yourself if you see The stairway inside the accommodation is similar to what you'd find in a typical home, with about 20 steps leading to the upper floor. I’d like to mention that the staircase may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs. Please consider this before booking. Would you like to interact with our super cute animals? You’ll receive free hay and food for them, and you’re welcome to feed and spend time with them whenever you like. Our alpacas, ducks, geese and chickens are friendly and used to people—especially the ones carrying treats! Here are some GUIDELINES for feeding and interacting with the animals: 1. Children must be supervised at all times when near the animals. 2. Please refrain from standing or walking behind the alpacas—they can startle easily. 3. Kindly avoid running, chasing, or hitting any of our friendly friends. 4. Always make sure to securely close and lock all gates after use. Ah, and don’t let Scooby-Doo in! She’s our energetic shepherd dog and loves a good chase—but the animals don’t appreciate it quite as much. Other things to note Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any animals or unapproved visitors will result in immediate CANCELLATION of the reservation. We live on-site and like to keep things peaceful and well-maintained. Due to the fire risk associated with lithium-ion batteries, e-bikes and e-scooters are strictly prohibited on these premises. We do not have a washing machine on the property, but there’s a convenient, well-maintained laundromat located in the Seville town center just a few minutes away. Heating & Cooling: • Downstairs: Air-conditioning is available year-round. • Upstairs: Central heating runs throughout winter to keep you cozy. • Bedrooms: Each room has a portable fan for the warmer months. 🛁 Hot Water Reminder: Our system is set up for showers.
