On the ground floor, the spacious living area with kitchen and garden view makes your stay perfect, just minutes from Venice, Padua and Treviso. The space Villa Gina – Relax and Nature in the Heart of Veneto 🌿 Villa Gina is located on the Strada Regionale Noalese, in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, and is the perfect starting point to explore Veneto in all its facets. From the unique atmosphere of Venice to the elegant courts of Treviso, from the lively squares of Padua and Vicenza to historic Venetian villas, from the springs of the Sile river to the beaches of Jesolo and the picturesque Prosecco hills of Valdobbiadene, every day can become a new adventure. The villa is suitable for cultural, nature, food & wine, or simply relaxing holidays. After excursions, guests will find comfortable and functional spaces: the spacious ground-floor living area features a kitchenette with two induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, children’s tableware, kettle, tea, herbal teas, and cereals. An open space with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and board games invites shared moments of leisure and relaxation. Outside, from April to November, the elevated pool 🏊 and the fenced garden, equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, and deck chairs, offer a private oasis of tranquility. The garden and pool are exclusively for guests; the only shared space is the external entrance corridor, also used by the owners to access their adjacent apartment. Bed and towel changes are done weekly, or every 4 days on request for a supplement of €10 per room. Pool towels can be rented for the entire stay at €8. Families with children have access to dedicated tableware, high chair, crib, and pool float. Visits or overnight stays by external persons are not permitted unless previously agreed with the hosts and within the capacity of the property. 🌿 A sustainable home Villa Gina has been designed to minimize environmental impact: the structure is prefabricated in wood, the paints used are hypoallergenic, and the water flowing in the garden comes from a natural underground spring.
