🏡 Cozy, quiet and bright top-floor studio in one of Münster’s most beautiful neighborhoods, ideally located between the city center and canal. 🛒✨ Very good local access to groceries 🚲 4 minutes by bike | 🚶 15 minutes on foot to the city center. 🚲 Two bicycles available free of charge upon request (please indicate when booking). 🐕 Dogs welcome for an extra fee. 👨‍👩‍👧 More than two guests only for families (max. 3–4). ❗ No third-party bookings. ⏰ Check-in at 3:00 PM or by arrangement. The space 🏠 Studio & Access The studio is located on the second floor and has its own private entrance with a small hallway and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The room is clearly divided into three functional areas. 🍳 Kitchenette Equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, cooktop, microwave, oven, and a fridge with freezer compartment. 🍽️🛋️ Living & Dining A cozy dining area with a table and four chairs as well as a sofa bed offers space to relax and dine. 🛏️💻 Sleeping & Working The rear area features a bed and a small desk. 📶🧺 Amenities Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available. A washing machine can be used upon request. 🌿 Sustainability & Health The studio features an eco-friendly carpet made of 100% goat hair. We use only ecological cleaning and laundry products. Therefore, the rooms and linens are intentionally not strongly scented – ideal for guests with allergies or asthma, and better for the environment. Of course, everything is thoroughly clean. 🛁 Included Bed linen and towels are provided. 👶 For Families Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby cot and a high chair. 🚲 Bicycles Bicycles are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Use is at your own risk and they are not part of the apartment rental. Other things to note 🛏️ Sleeping The bed is 1.40 m wide. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the same room, also 1.40 m wide. 💶 Accommodation Tax The City of Münster charges an accommodation tax of 4.5% for all guests, whether traveling for private or business purposes.
