The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a sliding glass door to the back patio and a private full size bath with two sinks and walk in shower. The Second bedroom offers a queen size bed, twin bunk bed and a pull out twin trundle. Both bedrooms have a 43" smart TV offering Direct TV for your viewing enjoyment. A portable crib is available. The living area offers plenty of seating with a 55" smart TV , kid’s toys, and board games. The dining area has a large dining table with additional folding chairs in the entryway closet. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Back patio opens up onto a grassy lawn with views of Snow Canyon and Green Valley. There is a patio table and grill for your dining pleasure. We provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The numerous amenities at Las Palmas resort offer something for everyone. Take a short walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse where you can find access to a gym, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, splash pad, kiddie pool, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, and outdoor lap pool.
