The space LOCATION - On your doorstop: Collingwood Beach and the Vincentia to Huskisson bike path - A short 5 minute walk to Vincentia Village shops, 5 minutes drive to Huskisson and short drive to Hyams Beach. PROPERTY - Layout: Quaint and cozy split level property- bedrooms and bathroom on lower level and kitchen/ dining, lounge on upper level. Access upstairs via small set of internal stairs. - Guests: Maximum of 6 guests, plus infant. - Kitchen/ Dining: Dishwasher, coffee machine, electric cooktop, electric oven, French door fridge/freezer. Standard inclusions of pots, pans, cooking utensils, tea, coffee and some basic condiments. - Bathroom: One main bathroom including shower and bath. Outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and bath (cold water only) available in the garden area. Standard inclusions of shower gel, hand wash, toilet paper and tissues. - Laundry- Located in the garage. Laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine. - Heating/Cooling: Air-conditioning in lounge area. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES - Arrival from 2pm, departure strictly no later then 10am. - Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.
