Guest room near Rosenheim

I am renting out a guest room of my bright and modern apartment. The apartment is the ideal base for trips to the Inntal, the Chiemgau, to Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck. Or just to relax in the garden, on the terrace or at one of the lakes close by. The space I am renting out a guest room of my well-lit and modern ground floor apartment near Rosenheim. The apartment is barrier-free and appropriate for wheelchairs. The guest room has 1 daybed and a foldaway bed. 2 guests fit easily. If you move closer together, 2 guests fit on the daybed and a 3rd guest can sleep on the separate foldaway bed. Cushions, blankets and duvet covers are available. The shared bathroom is equipped with a big shower, a bath tub and 2 sinks. Shower gel/shampoo, towels and a hair-dryer. A washing machine & dryer and washing detergent are also there. The shared kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, a big fridge, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. There are pans, pots and dinnerware & silver ware for 6 people. In the shared living room there is a satellite TV, DVD player and a PlayStation 3. Books, video films and games for the PS3 are there, so there is also some entertainment for rainy days. The apartment is equipped with a high speed internet access (36 Mbit/s) as well as WIFI. On sunny days the garden and the terrace that belong to the apartment can be used as well as the garden furniture and the barbecue. The apartment is the ideal base for trips to the Kaisergebirge, the Inntal, the Chiemgau or the cities Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. It doesn't matter if for skiing in the winter or for hiking in the summer - the mountains can be reached very quickly from here. For trips to nearby destinations I am making 2 bikes available for my guests. The neighborhood can be explored on the Inn-dam or on one of the numerous bike paths. Allergy information: - The accommodation has aeration with filters, so there is almost no pollen if windows and doors are kept closed - There used to live 2 cats in the apartment. Due to that I can't guarantee that the accommodation is free of cat hair Guest access The apartment is the ground floor of a house with 3 apartments. 1 guest room is available for your private usage. The bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are shared with me. In addition there is a big private garden and a terrace. Free parking is available on the property. During your stay I usually work during the week and are not at home between 7 am and 6 pm. However, in the evenings and on the weekends I like to hear more about my guests and love to have a chat and a beer with them. If you arrive during times where I am not available, the keys will be deposited for you. Other things to note Enjoy your stay and the beautiful landscape. ;-)
