The space The apartment is a two bedroom with hall and kitchen. One bedroom is smaller and without lakeview and air conditioning. It is fully furnished and is an ideal place for a short stay. Dedicated dining space, and a beautiful balcony for sit out to enjoy the lake view and the serenity of the Sahyadri mountains. The images of the apartment are actual and latest. The balcony attached to the hall as well as the large window in the bedroom offer 180 degree view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a full meal. Cleaning and cooking help also available on request. Kindly note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator may be not functional sometimes. The main bedroom on the lake side has a double bed and a wardrobe, both made of sagwan wood, while the other bedroom has a single bed. Guests are advised not to play loud music or do any other activities that may disturb or offend the neighbors. Also the apartment has been done with delicate and expensive interiors. It is expected from the guests to take utmost care so as to not damage any property. It is also advised to save energy by switching off all electrical appliances when they are not in use and particularly when guests move out for sightseeing and recreation. Since we are handing over the entire apartment to the guests, the keys to the apartment should be kept safely. In case of loss of keys , we charge Rs. 1000 to the guests for key replacement.
