Each 10mins by vehicle. This is a new independant home with one hall, bedroom and bathroom. The HOME has private access without disturbance The space This is a completely independent house at stilt(Ground) floor with private entrance. Its in a residential location. The common area has cameras setup for safety. Its amidst houses in a residential layout. Car and 2 wheeler can be parked outside the house in front of the gate. All these surrounding areas Rajajinagar, Malleswaram, Vijaynagar, Majestic, Yeswantpur all are very easily reachable. Cleaning charges apply(includes mopping daily). Charge will be Rs. 800+ beyond 2 weeks to 4 weeks. We encourage long duration stays Guest access Access entire house to yourself. Ideal for family with 2 adults and 2 children(less than 12 yrs of age) or 3 adults. Brand new mattress added for comfort of guests. 1 double cot and 1 mattress are provided for use. Other things to note 1. We do NOT provide toilet paper or other toileteries. Soaps shall be provided only ON REQUEST. However, we do provide beds, pillow, bedsheets as part of Essentials listed in the amenities. Please review House Rules section 2. There is no provision of kitchen. Many hotel eateries, swiggy, home deliveries are available and food is not at all a problem in this area. Electric cooking appliance and rice cooker can be used for longer duration's only with prior approval by us(owner). 3. Unmarried Couples are NOT allowed 4. There is a self orderable tiffin services available if you prefer to eat home made light food. Price is reasonable(extra) and food is tasty. This can also be availed. Let us know if this option interests you. Plates/spoons to be bought separately 5. Please do call us for directions once you start 6. Please do inform us if you bring a driver with you. You will have to book an extra guest bed for the driver as we do not have any separate facilities for a driver on the property ( i.e. no outside washroom, bed etc) Otherwise, he/she has to stay in the vehicle itself.
