Both bedrooms are fitted ith 1.5 ton 5 Star brand new Air-Conditioners. The kitchen is fully functional with gas connection, Microwave, Induction cooktop and other necessary accessories. There is lift access. The space This apartment is on the top floor with direct access to the terrace. The living space is huge. Both the air-conditioned bedrooms are approximately 200 sq.ft each. Amenities include a refrigerator, a washing machine, high speed internet with Netflix, Prime and many other popular channels that can be viewed on 55 inch 4K smart TV connected to a Blaupunkt sound bar with sub-woofer. Threre is a electronic safe near the mini-bar counter. The living room can seat 10 to 12 persons. We have kept extra mattresses in case more people want to sleep.
