Townhouse in Denver

Located just off of I-70 and I-25 in Denver (Chaffee Park Neighborhood) near Regis University, my Airbnb provides easy access to Denver, or any direction - 25 mins to Red Rocks, 6 minutes to Coors Field, 5 minutes to the National Western Complex or 10 minutes to the heart of Denver. Take I-36 to Boulder in just 30 minutes. With Central A/C and new furnace installed 6/27/18, it's the perfect jumping off point to enjoy the city or the mountains. The neighbors are friendly and know that I airbnb, but please be courteous and enjoy the privacy of my home! I am located just off of 48th Ave., which is the road running parallel to I-70 (the frontage road). You can hear and see the highway from outside, but inside is quiet and the highway is not a problem. It’s far enough off there isn’t an issue, and made of brick, and I have not had guests complain about the highway. Read the reviews if you want further clarification. Most reviews don’t mention it since it’s not a problem, but I want everyone to be aware that the highway (I-70) is close. Guest access The guests have access to the apartment through their own, outdoor private entrance. Street parking located just a few steps to the entrance. Other things to note No shoes once inside (there’s a place setup to take off your shoes and leave near the door). No Smoking. I am not hosting a 4/20 friendly place. You will be charged up to $500 plus a full cleaning fee if it smells at all like smoke plus any additional damages. You're free to smoke outside, but please pickup after yourself. Right now, I do not accept pets except as required by law. Amenities such as bathroom products, extra towels, and coffee/tea is provided. However, for long term stays we will provide the first couple weeks of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dryer sheets and coffee, but after that you are expected to supply your own. There is a full kitchen and laundry you can use.
