Spacious living area, Keurig coffee bar, toaster oven, king size bed, large bathroom and outdoor living space will make for a great weekend get away or weeknight stay. 20 minutes to downtown, close to I-485, restaurants and shopping. The space With billiards, swimming (at your own risk, no lifeguard) 1300 sq ft. of space, fridge, micro, Keuring coffee maker, work space and more - enjoy your home away from home! Large TVs in both the living area and bedroom. Complimentary waters, coffee and snacks available. Guest access Guests have access to the basement area which includes bedroom, bathroom, billiard room, large den/sitting area, breakfast nook and counter work station. The backyard is also available with outdoor areas of swimming or enjoying the outdoors. We maybe in the backyard some for maintenance and other yard work. Other things to note We have a Boykin Spaniel dog, that will occasionally run through the backyard. He does not access the inside living area of The Henry.
