The views are exceptional; can hear the sea as you step outside. The space is for one guest only as the bathroom is shared. Sorry, there are no exceptions. Guest access Shared bathroom and kitchen. Private bedroom, living room and roof terrace. During your stay After making you welcome and ensuring you have everything you need, you will be left completely alone. I will of course be on hand for any problems or questions. Other things to note I am on the 4th & 5th floor. The building does not have a lift so be ready for a climb. The view is worth the effort! There is unfortunately no parking but lots of NCP's nearby. I also recommend the website justpark. The train station is a 10/15 minute walk. Coach station is a 2 minute walk. If you need a landmark finding the address, I am a few doors past VIP Pizza. If you hit Harry Ramsden's you have gone too far! When you arrive at the address please use the doorbell to ring the flat, I can then buzz you in. The home is 'shoes off' please - slippers always provided. Please read: The room is for one person only. If two people show up, I will respectfully ask you to find alternative accommodation for your plus one - sorry! If you want people to visit, please ask in advance. Happy for people to pop in, but not for long periods i.e. a whole evening (one of the reasons I only have 1 person!) I do not keep heating on at night. There are plenty of blankets though! As the living room is your private area, please switch everything off when you finish using. Saving energy and all that!
