If nothing is damaged or lost, and there is no extra cleaning fee due to mess, the security deposit will be refunded to the customer within 5 working days after checkout. - If the party causes the place to be too difficult to clean and dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged - We can prepare extra BBQ ingredients and Steamboat ingredients upon request (extra charge). - 3 bicycles for RM100 - If there are more than 23 guests, the additional number of non-resident/overnight guests will be charged at RM20/pax, starting from the 24th person. - If there are more than 23 guests, the extra guest mattress fee is RM90/mattresses (up to 22 mattresses can be added), the total number of guests is up to 45 pax - Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of RM300 per hour and is subject to prior approval by management. Other things to note Caretakers live within the vicinity and they are available for help in the event of electrical trips , plumbing problems or trouble shootings of equipments in the villa.
