Welcome to My Cosy Cottage — a warm and family friendly retreat in the heart of Cygnet. Just a 5 minute walk to town where you'll find beautiful cafes, art galleries and unique artisan shops. Stroll to the sailing club, sit by the waterfront or explore Burtons Reserve. This creative little town is dear to my heart — and staying here puts you right in the middle of it all. Great for Couples, families or singles. Great vibes all round. The space My Cosy Cottage is a self contained part of the home with its own separate entrance. I have my own quarters at the back of the house so you have real privacy. The cottage has three bedrooms and a living space with a cosy fireplace — just ask and I'll supply the wood. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up a storm, and the wifi is strong. The cottage has a TV with Netflix, Prime and internet access. You'll also find a record player with vinyl, board games, books and plenty of DVDs. This is a place to relax and unwind at your own pace. The lounge is a beautiful nook for knitting, games and good conversation. Soft orange and teal tones create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. All furniture has been lovingly chosen and rescued from second hand shops. The main bedroom has a queen bed with locally sourced artwork from talented local artists. The second bedroom has a double bed with a bunk above — perfect for kids or the young at heart. The third is a classic double and single room with the linen cupboard.
