Beatnik Cottage

My little minors cottage is not the Ritz but its homely, warm and cozy. Its old fashioned and retro and has good vibes. My beautiful cosy minors cottage is 5 minutes walk to town where you can experience beautiful cafes, at galleries and a range of beautiful arty shops! Stroll down to the sailing club, sit by the water front, walk to Burtons Reserve. Be in the heart of this little town which is dear to my heart. At my place you will experience the buzz of this creative little town. The space My place is a beautiful little minors cottage. The main part of the house is the part that is Air BnBed. It is a self contained part of the house with seperate entrance. I have my own quarters out the back of the house which is attached to the house and has its own entrance. It has three bedrooms and a living space with a cosy fire. Please ask me if you want it lit and I will supply the wood! There is a beautiful kitchen where you can cook up a storm! I don't have a television with commercial T.V. I prefer to supply a dvd player or you can use your own devices to stream movies. I have Netflix and Stan and am happy to lend you a device if needed. The wifi is strong! The lounge is a beautiful little nook to knit, play board games, and commune with your friends and family. It has a beautiful record player with vinyl to chose from. This is a place to get away from normal life and step back in time to the analogue age. It is a place of good vibes, many happy people have travelled here and enjoyed its cosiness. Beautiful soft orange and teal colours make it feel like a peaceful and calm. All furniture has been loving chosen and rescued for second hand shops. There are lots of dvds and books to choose from. One of the bedrooms is a beautiful queen sized bed with locally sources art work from my talented friends. One bedroom is a room for kids or the young at heart and has a double bed with a bunk bed on top. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed. More of an old style room and where I keep the Linen cupboard. There are lots of blankets to keep you snuggly and warm. Simple toast breakfast in the fridge with vegemite, jam and honey to choose from. Tea and coffee available. Registration Details Exempt: This listing falls under the 'home sharing' exemption
