Perfect for nature lovers with plenty of outdoor activities available all within a short 3 minute walk! Our place is private, quiet, clean and has everything you'll need for an easy weekend getaway. Please note Lake Rotoroa is in the South Island and a half hour drive from Lake Rotoiti. The space As described by the Department of Conservation, Lake Rotoroa is the largest lake in Nelson Lakes National Park. The area is rich in bird life and the distinctive call of the Morepork is often heard at night. The Lake contains several tracks that explore the lake edge and forest valleys. Kayak hire is located not far from the Rotoroa Bridge and there is also a water taxi service available.
