Guest access You are free to use the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, convection stove, pots, pans, and dining utensils. You will also have access to the condo’s rooftop and swimming pools with a minimal fee of Php 150 or Php 300 on holidays. Security is present 24/7. Other things to note Third-party bookings are NOT allowed. If the reservation is under your name, you must also be a guest. Parking slots are paid separately. There is parking within the building, but I can point you to a cheaper alternative upon request. Please observe proper waste disposal. The common garbage bin is at the end of the hallway so please do not flush objects down the toilet or the sink. Please take care of the property. If you damage the home, you will be charged accordingly. This includes but is not limited to: wall/ceiling paint, appliances, furniture.
