This listing is a minimum of two night stay. The ground floor flat is situated in a very beautiful and quiet Square where there are trees and two unique gardens. There is a wonderful deli and cafe close by to enjoy good coffee and delicious homemade food. It is a few minutes walk from the tube, train and bus stations at Vauxhall. A range of various Breakfast options are available if ordered in advance £15.00 The space A very comfortable bed fitted with organic cotton sheets. There is a kettle for hot drinks in the room and organic herb teas provided. There is complimentary biscuits and mineral water. The bathroom is next to the bedroom, with both a shower and bathtub. This is a non- smoking home. There is a cat living on the premises The cat has no access to the room. Guest access Guests who have booked cooked breakfast have access and can share the dining area with myself. Guests are welcome to put food items in the fridge. During your stay I’ve lived in London for a long time and I am available to help with providing information about local restaurants, sight seeing, travel and transport around London to make the most of your visit. Other things to note The room is for sole occupancy only. Additional guests are not permitted. Check in is between 5pm and 9pm. I can occasionally check in earlier. Please note that 9pm is the latest for check in. Any later cannot be accommodated. Check out in the morning is by 9am.
