Beautiful ROOMS on own floor 5 minute walk to Hove seafront many restaurants and near railway station, good bus route to Brighton, 25min walk..We are very clean, modern new decor. TV in all rooms, towels, tea/coffee and wi-fi. Entire floor within our home with own bathroom with 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. (Rooms allocated by number EXTRA for more rooms) You would not share bathroom with anyone else .Parking is extra.THIS IS NOT WHOLE HOUSE TO YOURSELF or kitchen but we have cutlery etc The space We care about our house and our guests. We like to keep it clean and tidy. Beautiful garden. This is not an entire house but shared with us and no kitchen facilities. Great break for a few days near the sea within easy access to lots of restaurants and pubs. Single room is allocated for one person booking, two people have choice double or twin, extra cost if one person wants a double/twin room. Guest access Own floor with very large bathroom with shower and bath. This is our house and therefore we do not give access to kitchen. Parking restrictions on street and if 1space available if requested at extra cost During your stay I am available to help Other things to note Prices for 2 people are based on 1 room shared either double or twin. Separate rooms are extra cost. Price for 1 person is for a single room. Parking on site must be requested for availability at cost as off site is approx £8 parking restrictions are 11-12 and 6.00 -7.00..Additional premium for 5 adults please ask.
