Only a two hour drive north from Newcastle, or a 4 hour drive from Sydney you will find Harrington, and our unique, beachy style shed home. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the morning calls of the kookaburra. Surrounded by nature, but only moments from the beach, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, explore, and recharge. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a family holiday, or a weekend fishing trip, this cosy hideaway offers the ideal mix of comfort and relaxation. The space Spacious 2 bedroom beach house with beautiful bamboo flooring throughout. With its open plan, spacious design, you will feel right at home. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with kettle, Coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, gas stove, sandwich press, large pantry with tea and coffee, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a 5 piece dining suite. Living area has very comfy furniture with beachy style décor, and a 55 inch smart television, books and games also supplied for those rainy days. Keep warm during the winter months with the gas heater and cool during summer with our ceiling fans throughout(sorry no air con) Two good size bedrooms with queen beds, fresh linen supplied, both with bedside tables with lamps, and plenty of hanging space. Main bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the National Park. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Children can also enjoy the use of the books and toys. Our modern style bathroom and laundry are combined, with a large frameless shower with gas hot water, and 9kg washing machine and tub. Good quality towels, linen and toilet paper also supplied. In our undercover, fenced area you will find a weber gas BBQ, bar style seating for four, and retractable clothes line. You will also find 6 seater outdoor setting with umbrella, and even a tree swing for the kiddos. A secured deck (perfect for dogs) also runs down the side and out the back of the property, with an outdoor shower. The front of the property is unfenced, looking out over the national park with plenty of space for parking, or pulling up your boat. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note Our little air bnb is situated towards the end of Crowdy St. It is the closest air bnb to Crowdy Head, which is a 5km drive. The Harrington lagoon and breakwall are all in walking distance (about 10mins walk) Coffee shops, chemist, bottle shop also about 15-20 mins walk 4WD track is only a few hundred meters up the road. Closet pub is the Harrington Hotel which is about a 15min walk. (All times depending if you have kiddos with you) Courtesy buses are also available to all pubs and clubs in Harrington.
