Old North 1880s cottage

Welcome to our historic newly renovated 1880s cottage in the heart of Old North, the best area of London. Our house is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to St Joseph’s hospital and is also close to Western University and downtown. There are great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops all within walking distance. When you rent our house, you get the entire house to yourself. This is not a duplex or shared space. Contact us about negotiable rates for longer stays. The space Our house was recently renovated with a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new bathrooms. The bedrooms have new super comfy memory foam mattresses, one with a king-sized mattress and the other with a queen-sized. We have central air conditioning for hot summer nights. There is a private driveway that will accommodate one or two cars. All of our amenities are on one floor, including the washer and dryer in case you have mobility issues and need to have everything easily accessible. Guest access You have the house to yourself. Other things to note Coffee and tea are included in your stay. Children are very welcome. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. We charge an extra pet cleaning fee starting at $60 per stay per pet to cover the extra cleaning required. Longer stays will have a higher pet cleaning fee. Please message us first before you book if you have a dog so that we can discuss your stay. There is a fully fenced backyard for your and your pooch’s enjoyment. All guests are required to pick up after their pets.
