Villa Roy is simply stunning. Modern kitchen. French doors to the high ceiling lets in light and breezes making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The 4 meter x 3 meter verandah pool off the 1st level living area, is perfect for kids or cooling off with your favourite beverage. The 4 bedrooms are huge. 3 bedroom have A/C. The other bedroom has internal and pedestal fans. Spacious and tastefull yet warm and inviting. It's quiet and peaceful and a 2 minute walk to the beach The villa is light, breezy and very spacious. The amazing Hiriketiya beach is a 2 min walk (300 meters) the 2 level villa is all yours and very private The villa will be all yours. a cleaner will come in daily or as needed. i will be in Australia but will be on line to help with your needs. Hiriketiya is a very friendly village with amazing flaura and fauna. 300 meters down the road is the best beach in sri lanka, Hiriketiya Beach. White sands, cafes and restaurants, shade to the watersedge, surf for all levels and safe swimming for all the family. Dikwella town is a 10 minute walk or a very quick tuk tuk trip ($1 to $2). It is a bustling town with local markets, supermarkets and everything else you may need. "Rosies", a local family next door cooks a banquet style traditional curry feast most nights or on request. I highly recommend this unique sri lankan experience. There are many local and foreign restaurants and cafes. Pasindu the housekeeper can arrange bike,tuk tuk or car hire on request.
