We are set high on the hill, affording uninterrupted views, of the lake and mountains. We are within 2klm of shopping centers, restaurants, local tavern, Golf course. Walking tracks lake, public swimming pool. Hospital. With on site pico Craft Brewery. Ideal for those with transport, who are looking for a quiet,safe,place. With a large balcony, with lots of seating areas.IMPORTANT- you do need to be able to comfortably carry your case up two flights of steps. Parking is 100 mtrs walk. The space You have uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains from your bedroom, with your own seating area, and en-suite shower room.note from the end of June to the end of July, we lose the sun, as set so high on the hill side. But the views more than make up for this. Guest access We have a shared guest lounge, that looks over the lake and mountains,with access to the balcony. It is winter though. During your stay We are available and appreciate people need down time. Other things to note We are a B&B,we are offering a simple continental breakfast of cereals, and toast, tea and coffee. We have local cafes. We just have one cat, Miss Kitty. She is mainly out doors. But she does have a slight touch of The Princess syndrome. And can have the tendency to treat folk like staff. You need to be able to comfortably carry your cases up two flights of steps. Sorry WE CANNOT TAKE CHILDREN OR INFANTS. The property is not suitable, with un fenced access to water and the fire. No access to the kitchen or facilities.
