The beach is a short 5-10 minute drive, as the condo is about 3 miles from the beach. Please note that we only accept reservations for week long stays during late June, July and August, with a Friday arrival. All guests must sign our Rental Agreement. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin beds, TV, and DVD player. You can enjoy tranquil fountain views from the screened in porch, or take a short walk to the pool. There is also a selection of books, toys, and games for your leisure, and a variety of channels to choose from on the living room's flat screen TV. We also provide Wi-Fi for your convenience. We provide you with comforters and pillows for each room, as well as for the queen sleeper sofa. Just bring your own linens and towels, and your desire for Fun & Sun. Guests have key card access to the pool. Lounge chairs and tables are availble at the pool. Our guests can reach us via email of phone during their stay.
