Lovely new snug self-contained single annex studio in quiet neighbourhood. 10 minute cycle/20 minute walk to central Oxford along cycle/foot path across meadow and river. Safe and secure, attached to our family home. One minute walk to nearest mini-supermarket. The space The space is compact and suitable for one person. Comprises single bed with storage, desk & chair, wardrobe, reading chair. Kitchenette includes sink, cupboards, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Guest access The studio annex is to the side of our family home. We share a front door/hallway but then our home and the studio annex have their own separate, locked doors, beyond which it is self-contained and private.
