PINE STREET COTTAGE, a SUPER CLEAN HOUSE, a post-war brick structure, is home to beautiful hardwood floors, a darling kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has a high efficient mini-split heating and cooling system. In addition, there is an enclosed 3 season porch with comfy furniture. An elite golf course is close by. A leisurely stroll into downtown Lewisburg,home of Bucknell University, would give you a close-up of the history and beauty that abounds in the area. This (Completely Self Check-in) well maintained house,on a short street with little traffic, is within walking distance to downtown Lewisburg and Bucknell University. Also, close by, is the well-known Rail Trail available for walking and or biking . Please feel free to park in the driveway. In addition, there's free parking at the street - except Wednesday morning when the street cleaner goes through. There is a back lawn with flowers in the summertime. To add to your enjoyment we provide some snacks and drinks. You may also want to check out our other two properties, Oak Haven and Hillside Getaway. Guests begin their stay at this cozy cottage with SELF CHECK-IN! Feel free to enjoy the back lawn. There's also a 3 season porch with comfy seating where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or relax at day's end. You, as guests, have access to all of the main floor of the house. We don't live on the property, but our phone numbers are in the information folder you will find upon your arrival. A leisurely stroll will take you into the heart of historic Lewisburg, full of tiny shops & restaurants. To the south, within walking distance, is the Bucknell campus. If you're feeling really energetic, you may want to walk to the river and cross the bridge to enjoy nature at it's finest! The backstreets of Lewisburg are filled with a beauty all their own...historic homes, large old churches, a garden walk in the spring...and much more! If you enjoy biking, you're not far from a beautiful rail trail that connects Lewisburg to Mifflinburg - also a historic town known for it's buggy manufacturing in years gone by! You can drive, bike, or walk to downtown Lewisburg. Walmart is a little bit north of town on Route 15. You would want to drive to go there. This house is situated on Pine Street, a very short street, so therefore there is not much traffic on the street. it is a small Brick House, heated and cooled by an energy efficient mini split system. You can park in the driveway right along side of the house.
