It doesn't stay green all year round. You can use the entire space including the wooden deck and the garden at your will 🙂 I will be bit busy during the day time but my family members will be available. This place is situated about 5Km away from the main city. It is placed exactly two houses away from the "Wilwin" park guest. Owl's perch is very close to the sacred city/ruins. Therefore you can get around with a bicycle if you wish or you can take a tuk tuk ride. Easy access to the ancient city where you can see all stupas and other ancient ruins. Just 3 km to the city. It only takes 45 minutes to travel to Wilpattu National Park Safari, where you can enjoy trying to find wild animals like leopards, bears, deer and elephants.
