The Luxurious Penthouse

The Penthouse is a private unit in our premium villa. It offers 2 full bedrooms, 1 attic room, all with attached Bathrooms, a spacious private living Room, a Fully functional private kitchen & dining room, 1 powder room & Balconies. It is designed for a family/group of 5 -6 people but not recommended for 3 couples as the attic room is a small cozy room and is semi open to the living room. This is a peaceful holiday destination so we do not allow our guests to play loud music and make noise here. The space The Cottage is developed with a concept of Home Stay where people could not only enjoy, interact & feel the mountain culture, customs by living along with the families but also enjoy their privacy. It is located at the Heritage village Naggar surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and snow-capped mountain ranges of the Himalayas. All the rooms offer the three side mystic view of the mountains & valley which helps you to ‘connect’ with Mother Nature. Guest access Guest Can Access: Entire Pent House Garden Area Fruit orchards Other things to note We don’t just provide a place to stay; we offer you a serene and welcoming home in a tranquil environment, nestled in a Historic Village called “Naggar”. We honour and uphold its rich customs and traditions. To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we have some house rules. We kindly request you to read and understand them thoroughly before confirming your reservation. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to assist you. House Rules Noise: Playing loud music, excessive noise, and shouting are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in the gardens, balconies, and verandas— Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed on the property. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that early check-in or late check-out is not permitted without the prior consent of the owner. Occupancy: The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Children: Children under 6 years of age can stay free of charge in the parents' room, provided no extra bed is required. ID proof: Every guest is required to provide a valid photo ID at the time of arrival. Parking: Parking is available within the premises; however, it is at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please note that only cars and SUVs can be parked within the premises. Larger vehicles like tempo traveller cannot be parked here. Drivers: Meals for drivers are available upon request (chargeable), but please note that we do not offer accommodation facilities for drivers. Meals: We provide freshly prepared meals from our kitchen at an extra charge. Orders should be placed in advance, with the final order accepted by 9 PM and the last serving by 10 PM. Our kitchen opens at 7 AM Heating & Cooling: The rooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning systems that offers heating and cooling options for a comfortable indoor atmosphere. Bonfire: Bonfire can be arranged in the garden area and is chargeable. However, due to weather conditions such as snow or rain, this service will not be available Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics and prostitution etc. is strictly prohibited. Guest Belongings: We prioritize the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However, guests are responsible for the security of their personal items. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas. Laundry: Washing clothes in the bathrooms or cottages is not allowed. You may utilize our in-house laundry service, which is available at an additional cost. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services will be provided once a day for your convenience. Linens are replaced on alternate days, while fresh bath towels can be provided daily upon request. Power Backup: Though power cuts are rare, but we have an inverter backup to ensure room lights remain operational. In the event of extended power cuts, a full backup generator will be operating during the night hours from 7 PM to 11 PM and in the morning from 7 AM to 11 AM. Damage: In case of any damage to the property or breakage/ damage of any items in the house, the guests will be charged at actual cost and the decision of the management shall be final. Due to the wooden interiors of the house, the use of candles or any fire-related items indoors is not allowed for safety purposes. All guests are expected to maintain decorum during their stay ensuring that other guests can also enjoy their privacy and comfort. To help us keep the cottages in excellent condition, guests are requested to treat the home with care. While we take great effort in maintaining the cottages, if any maintenance problems arises, please inform the caretaker immediately so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
