Less than 3 min drive to SM Tarlac, City Walk, Provincial Hospital, CLDH, Diwa ng Tarlac, Tarlac State University and other major malls nearby. Equipped w/ 58" TV Netflix ready. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, oven toaster, waffle maker, water dispenser & griller . The space This property is inside the compound. It is also close to restaurants and night spots. Spacious garage, peaceful and comfortable surroundings. Kitchen is very spacious and equipped w/ cooking essentials suitable for big groups. You will have your own water dispenser refillable and it is free during your stay. Coffeemaker is also available. Robinson's Easy mart is few steps away from the property. At night time, you can grill and dine outside the unit while watching Netflix and have fun. This property is also accessible to food deliveries. Videoke with lights is also available for a fee. Note: Master's bedroom and 2nd room has a split type 2HP ACs and the 3rd room has a portable fan however if doors of 2nd and 3rd rooms kept open the cooling capacity of the AC is enough to cool the 3rd room. The property has only 1 full bathroom. We have an additional bathroom only located at the back side of the property intended for male guests though women can use it too. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT: - We offer 30% discount for stays of 28 days or more. However, we require Php5000(fixed) for the payment of bills(electric, wifi, water)/month. Guest access Kubo, patio, basketball court, garden area, huge parking space. Other things to note After a confirmed booking please provide us a copy of valid IDs of the booker and the registered guests to ensure proper verification and safety. The property is inside a compound where it has 3 different structures where our housekeeping team stay. If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding the property, please inform us right away, ideally on the first day of your stay. This will allow us to address any issues quickly to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. NOTE #1: For stays of less than 28 days the next schedule of housekeeping and change beddings is every after 7 nights. Any request for housekeeping that are below 7 nights will be charged at Php800. Not included in the rate: 1. change of towels/beddings for less than 7 nights stay. (extra towels/bedsheets are w/ extra charge) 2. extra toiletries after the extra provision.
