Our very clean, light, air conditioned one bedroom studio with kitchenette facilities is situated opposite a small bush reserve on a quiet one way street that is a short stroll from beautiful Sunshine Beach and the vibrant village or a five minute drive to Noosa Heads, the National Park and Noosa River. The space The Studio has an air conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed also fans in all rooms. It has a large bathroom/ toilet with a washing machine and use of dryer. The lounge is air conditioned and is fully self contained with a Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette has a 2 burner cooker, electric frypan, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and percolator. and fridge filled with goodies for your breakfast. All linen is provided, crisp white cotton as well as beach towels, beach umbrella also shampoo, conditioner a blow dryer and an iron and ironing board. A selection of teas and plunger coffee is also provided as well as a welcome breakfast and treats. You have your own private outdoor area/laneway and the pool is available for the use of our guests exclusively it is a shared space . There is ample parking available. We can accommodate a child one year of age or younger. (Thank you for your understanding) We do not have extra accommodation for your friends or family to stay or entertain in the villa with you as the space will not accommodate.
