Borgo Torre dell'OCA - trullo in the village of Amelia

Situated on the hill of Selva Di Fasano, beautiful view of the sea. Inside a little trullo village with private open space. Close ti the center, sea is 15 minutes away by car. NATURAL AIR CONDITIONING! Do you know why? Trullo is part of constructions defined "dry stone" without use of glues. The secret is: the thickness of the walls! It can measure up to 3 meters! Enormous thickness acts as a thermal flywheel. Constant temperature between 18 and 22 celsius, guaranteed by micro-air chambers! The space The trullo is in an old complex of trulli (1800) with a tour that was build around 1500 a.c.! From the front you can view the sea or take a walk between olive and almond's trees. Is fun for kids, very quiet but also comfortable because in a few minutes walk you can walk into the center of Selva di Fasano and do your grocery shop or take a nice coffee or, in the summer, listen to some music! It is comfortable for a couple or up to 3 people. Guest access In the structure there are three apartments, each one of them has private open space right outside its entrance. There is a wild garden and country where little walks can be taken. Each guest should give other guests their privacy outside their home. Other things to note OUR TRULLO VILLAGE IS IDEAL ALSO FOR GROUPS OR FOR TWO FAMILIES TRAVELING TOGETHER! We have another bigger independent trullo that can accommodate up to 8 guests! The two of them are close one to the other and together they will have a big outside space! If you are a group of friends we can offer up to 11 beds! Each additional guest will cost €10 per day.
