Downtown Sunset View Apartment

This sunny apartment is located in downtown Egg Harbor-walk to anywhere in town. The sunset view of the Bay of Green Bay is spectacular. Hardwood floors, skylights, w&d, soaking tub. Located above the local natural food store/cafe. This is one of 2 listings in the building- also check out my Treehouse apt. No small children pls. Dog friendly only with permission $5/night fee for dogs The space This is a second floor apartment above a retail space, a natural food store. There are 2 sets of stairs- one inside for inclement weather and one outside to the deck which overlooks the bay. There is no elevator and there are 2 sets of stairs to climb. The apt has hardwood floors everywhere except the bedroom and bath. The kitchen is fully stocked so if you like to cook you should have everything you need(except the food!) There is wireless and a TV with a dvd player but NO CABLE TV and NO ANTENNA which basically means no TV channels. If you have a netflix or other account and would like to watch on the TV bring your device and a cord to attach. There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room so the apartment could accommodate 4 people. Please note there are 2 thermostats- one to the left of the bathroom door and one in the bedroom. This apartment is great for the chemically sensitive as we use only natural cleaning agents and are sensitive to furnishings etc that would cause an issue. That being said please limit your use of personal chemicals.... Guest access This apt is self contained so you have access to the entire space- there is even a storage room. If you are bringing bikes you will have to carry them up to the deck or you can store them under the stairs- outside. Other things to note I am open to allowing small to medium very well behaved dogs with advance approval. (See House Rules)
