The kitchen/diner is on the ground floor and patio doors open onto the terrace so great in the summer for entertaining outside. The first floor offers a sitting room with balcony, 2 bedrooms as 1 king or twin with ensuite shower, and 1 double which shares the family bathroom upstairs.
