LARGE THREE BEDROOM WESTERN RED CEDAR HOUSE SITUATED ON A DOUBLE BLOCK SURROUNDED BY A DECKED VERENDAH & HAS A LARGE FULLY FENCED BACKYARD. AMPLE PARKING FOR CARS, BOATS ETC. THIS VERY COMFORTABLE FAMILY HOME SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE, ALSO A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WOOD FIRE, REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING, FRIDGE/FREEZER, AUSTAR TV (SATELLITE), COT AND HIGH CHAIR, ETC. THE HOME OVERLOOKS A CONSERVATION RESERVE & PENGUIN POINT, IS CLOSE TO WILLYAMA BEACH & ONLY 5KM FROM INNES NATIONAL PARK. Guest access Sheds are not available. Guests have left bits and pieces in the pantry. Welcome to use whatever is in there. Other things to note Firewood is not supplied but can be arranged at extra cost. The BBQ in the outdoor kitchen is not available for guest use. A separate BBQ on the Western side of the house is available for guests to use. The house is supplied by rainwater, please try to keep water consumption to a respectable level. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Strictly no pets inside the house and you must cleanup after them. The cleaning fee charged for your booking only covers 1 hour of cleaning. The expectation is that you leave the house the way you found it. Additional cleaning expenses will be deducted from your security bond. The house contains a landline for emergency calls only. Excessive call costs may also be deducted from your security bond. EASTER is a 4 night minimum stay.
