On the ground floor there are a kitchen, a living room and a small bathroom, and upstairs you can find two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is a large terrace on two levels facing the Val di Pesa. There you can sit for breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoy the view of the slope on the hills of Chianti. You are close to the two main highways, connecting Florence and Siena and Florence, Pisa and Livorno. The house can be an excellent basis for your business trips as well as for your itineraries throughout Tuscany in the heart of Chianti. We live five minutes from there. We love our place and we are glad of sharing it with others! We will be at your disposal, including transfers from airports and railway stations. The rural village of Bignola consists of autonomous houses facing on large farmyards. The house is next to the small church of Santa Maria in Bignola, built around 1000 on the side of a fortification. The bells don't sing anymore! We recommend the car to reach the house. The road is only partially paved, but it is nice and easy to walk around. You have a bus stop at Ponte Rotto (2 km) and a bus station in San Casciano Val di Pesa (4 km). A 5-minute drive is worth it if you want to see the new Cantine Antinori (See Antinorichianticlassico. it). They are a wonderful example of integration between contemporary architecture, wine and food culture. Laika Caravans chose this valley for its new factory, so you can take the opportunity to visit the showroom and buy another local product: the campers! In a few minutes you can reach the medieval churches of San Pancrazio, castles and villages which are not contaminated by mass tourism such as Poppiano and Montegufoni. In San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Montespertoli and San Quirico in Collina you will find all the services you need, including an intense social and cultural activity, with a lot of festivals which are well-distributed in the different periods of the year.
