The apartment is a luxery fully new equipted apartment with a bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment is completely new decorated and furnitured, including dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave, wifi, satelite tv, etc. The apartment has a parking space in a private garage. Rental fee (€ 10 p.d.) is applicable; reservation is recommended. Cleaning, bedding & towel service are mandatory. These costs (max 2 pers.) are included in the cleaning fee. The space The surroundings offer you a couple of nice restaurants and shops all walking distance from the appartment. The beach is only 100 mtr walk. There are a couple of extendable chairs which can be used to relax on the beach to enjoy the sun. There is an elevator available, which make the apartment also accessible for people using a wheelchair. In the near surroundings of Acquaserria you also find plenty of activities like: - Walking tours, - 5* Golf course (7 km), one of the best - Boat trips to Como, Belaggio, etc - Biking - Boat rental - Outlet shopping center (40 min drive) - several authentic restaurants in the surroundings. Details available in the info binder at the apartment. Guest access During peak season an external guest service desk is available on daily base. Opening hours vary. Some services they provide may be at additional costs. Other things to note End cleaning € 110 (including bedlinnen and towel sets for 2 pers) is mandetory and not included in the rental price. For additional persons extra bedlinnen/towel set are to be be hired at the reception desk /hosting service manager (€ 21,50,- p.p.)
