Beach Access Family Rental

Best location on strip! Quiet fun family preferred community. Private community beach approx 100 yd from house. NOT RIVERFRONT! Private community launch ramp w/ overnight anchor mooring (no dock). House remodeled and well maintained. Sleeps multiple families and kids comfortably. Great family room. Open kitchen. Outdoor patio and BBQ. Room on side of the house for 1 boat trailer parking. Close to restaurant/entertainment spots. No garage access. Long stay we may allow laundry access. NO PETS! The space We are located in a mostly full time resident community to limit rentals to small families or two small families looking to get away and relax. 5 adults max and 2 kids. Also a great place for boating access or desert access for families or desert racing weekends. House is limited to capacity noted. If the group exceeds the capacity you’re subject to losing deposit. No large gatherings of outside people allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the full house, but not to the garage. There is not laundry facilities accessible to short term guests. Long term guests may be considered to access laundry in garage. Other things to note Strict rules within the community. Neighbors are full time residents. If rules are broken the deposit is subject to forfeit. $300 penalty per person per night over the capacity of 6.
