Our fully air-conditioned unit is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing visit. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and cooking essentials, including an electric water heater for your convenience. The room features a Smart TV and we provide reliable internet access, with the Wi-Fi password shared upon check-in. For a restful night, the bedroom includes: 1 couple's bed (size 54x75) 1 bunk bed with 2 single beds You’ll find ample storage space, an electric iron, and a vanity cabinet for your personal use. The private bathroom is fully equipped with a water heater, bidet, and complimentary toiletries available at check-in. Fresh towels and toilet paper are provided for your first use, along with clean slippers for added comfort. Guest access Check-In Requirements: Local Residents: A clear, non-expired government ID is required. Foreign Guests: A clear copy of a valid passport is necessary. Please ensure all IDs are valid and unexpired to process your check-in pass. Amenities Overview: Our unit is located in a complex with hotel-like amenities, including: Grand Lobby Outdoor Swimming Pool (subject to policies) For long-term guests (6+ months), additional amenities include: Student Lounge Game Room Wellness Center (Gym) Note: Amenities policies may change without prior notice. Swimming Pool Use: Last-Minute Bookings (Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays): Pool use is subject to additional charges: ₱150 per person per day on regular days ₱300 per person per day on holidays Pool Use Requests: Requests must be submitted a day in advance for processing by the building administration. Keep in mind: Admin office hours: No work on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Requests on Fridays must be submitted before 3:00 PM. Pool maintenance on Mondays: No swimming allowed throughout the day. If you plan to use the pool, feel free to contact us to ensure your request is processed on time. Other things to note Electricity Setup We would like to inform you about our electricity setup in our units. Our electricity is powered by an electronic "KURYENTE LOAD" (LOADABLE) system provided by our electric power provider. In our commitment to offering you the best accommodation rates and promoting energy conservation, we have established a daily electricity load limit: Staycation Guests: An allotment of Php 100.00 worth of electricity load per day is provided. This amount is consumable and can be multiplied depending on the duration of your stay. Once the allotted load is consumed, guests will be responsible for any additional electricity charges. Long-Term Guests: For stays of 28 days or more, an initial allotment of Php 3,000 worth of electricity load will be provided. Once this load is consumed, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any electricity usage beyond the initial allotment. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in conserving energy during your stay. Your efforts in energy conservation not only help preserve the environment but also enable us to maintain competitive accommodation rates. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Policies Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the entire building, with a penalty of Php 3,000 for violations. Pets: Pets are not allowed, with a penalty of Php 5,000 for violations. Parking: Paid parking nearby and on the premises is subject to availability and at your own risk.
