Our unit is located in the heart of Uptown Bonifacio, the award-wining township by Megaworld Corporation. We are facing the beautiful fountain that is situated in front of the Uptown Mall, and the very lively Uptown Parade. The space The interiors of the space are designed by keeping a minimalistic approach. This is a space that was set-up by keeping rest and restoration in mind. The unit is a 41.40 sqm spacious apartment with a city view that is facing Uptown Parade. It is a fully equipped unit with cooking essentials, complete furniture and high speed Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests are allowed to access limited parts of the unit and its amenities such as the swimming pool/badminton and basketball court. GYM IS ONLY FOR RESIDENTS AND UNIT OWNERS. Please take note that the swimming pool and other amenities are under maintenance every Monday. Should Monday be a public holiday, the maintenance will take place on a Tuesday. For your kind understanding. Other things to note For guests that are staying a minimum of 5 nights, we provide them free housekeeping upon request. This is to ensure that the place is well-kept and tidy at all times. Guest surcharge begins after 2 guests. It will be automatically calculated by Airbnb once you key-in the number of guests.
