This independent house is spacious, with four private bedrooms — one dedicated to Airbnb guests, one used by me, and another for my child. The guest bedroom is generously sized and can comfortably sleep up to two people. The location is extremely convenient, with excellent transport links that make it easy to reach both the city and Auckland’s beautiful beaches. Whether you're here for work or leisure, everything you need is close and easily accessible. The location is fantastic — You're just a 5-minute drive to the train station, making it easy to explore Auckland. The suburb is safe, vibrant, and perfect for evening strolls, with taxis and Ubers readily available right outside the door. The house itself offers plenty of space and is conveniently close to public transport and all essential amenities. Free street parking is available right outside the property. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including a fully equipped kitchen if you’d like to cook during your stay. It’s designed to feel like home, with all the comforts you need for a short or long visit and you’re welcome to make yourself completely at home throughout your stay. During your stay I work for Nissan NZ, so I’m often out and about, but when I’m home I enjoy a friendly chat, sharing local tips, or having a coffee—or even a glass of wine together. I’m always happy to help with advice on where to go and how to get around Auckland.
