Private guest house (850 sq. ft.) with premium equestrian facility backdrop.. Kitchen, living room, bedroom w/ queen bed, connected loft w/ single daybed, & full bathroom. Lovely pool and back yard. For safety reasons we don't allow toddlers (infants ok) or children who cannot swim or who would be in danger of falling from loft. Private entrance & carport. Friendly dog lives in backyard. Rent our other Airbnb if you have children or a group. NO WEDDINGS/PARTIES/EVENTS. The space There is a downstairs living room & kitchen. Upstairs is the bedroom, bathroom and a loft on the other side of the bedroom stairs, as well as a small balcony deck. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a twin daybed in the connected loft. There is parking under the carport. You have full access to the enclosed backyard, but the rest of the ranch is not included in your stay, and we do ask that guests schedule a tour with us if they want to see it! Guest access The guest house is completely yours. You may park in the carport. The pool, and deck/patio/barbecue are all included with your stay- but access to the rest of the ranch is not. We will provide the gate code so that you can come and go as you please. Please note that Eden is an active horse ranch, not a dude ranch, so we do not allow guests to wander around for liability reasons, please schedule a tour! It is a tranquil and quiet place at night, with full view of the ranch, the neighboring farms, and the stars and night sky from the balcony. Zelda the ranch dog lives in the backyard when she's not busy helping me on the ranch or supervising the barn cats. She loves socializing with the Airbnb guests. Other things to note The pool is large and deep, and there is open access 5' from the apartment door, so we do not allow young children who cannot swim (and the upstairs loft adjacent to the bedroom has wide-spaced railing that a small child could squeeze through). Ranch access is not included in your stay- you have to schedule a tour in advance to see the ranch and meet the horses. We use natural hypoallergenic unscented laundry soap on all linens, as well as mostly natural cleaning products in the house.
