You will find my ancestor home a right choice to end your quest. Located near Ashtamudi back waters in Kollam district, Kerala, we let you feel home and offer the entire house at your disposal. . It’s ideal for families, couples, small groups who love quite hideouts to spend thier vacation .. The space The neighborhood is a typical Kerala village having all the warmth of the Gods Own Country. The heart of town is just 5 km away and national high way approach within a kilometer. If you are religious, Christian church is only 100 meter away having daily service and there are two Hindu temples of Kali Devi and Lord Krishna within 2 KM distance. There is a mosque also within 2 km reach. If you love books Kollam Central Public Library is within 7 km and you will find many shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants all within 8 km reach. Kollam beach, light house, fishing harbor, houseboats and the new attraction of Jadayu Rock Amusement Park and the popular varkala beach are also within 20 km reach . Kollam is also famous for temples and the colourful festivals during summer. During Onam festival, boat race is one of the major attractions . Guest access Its built on stone cut blocks and having traditional Kerala style elevated tiled roof. The house is of a large living room, 8 seat dinning hall, 2 single occupancy bed rooms and 1 double occupancy bed room , all without attached bathrooms . Being traditional family house, attached bath is considered not hygiene nor suitable for the tropical nature. Fully set kitchen can be used with all kitchenettes, including refrigerator,kettle. Washing machine is also provided . Bath area is set separate accessible from both inside and out side . pure natural water is provided from an open well within the front yard . Bath room and toilet are set in a a covered court yard , where traditional stove is set for hot water and can be used with firewood
