The Guest's kitchen, dining & living space is airconditioned. You also have access to the decks and yard. In summer there is a fan & in winter there is an electric panel heater. The Guest's kitchen & living space has air con. The space The house is large & elevated. The room 'Convenience' has one single bed & is situated downstairs off the entrance. The guest's kitchen/living space upstairs is bright & looks out to a large private yard at the back and views over the leafy suburb from the front. There are shared spaces including the house entrance, stairs, hallways, Guest's kitchen, dining table & & living area. Guest access Access to kitchen & living space upstairs. Free wireless internet. You're welcome to walk up the yard. Not much of a garden but plenty of trees. Other things to note The house is close (1 to 3km) to three pubs, swimming pool, shops, grocery, fruit & veg and butchers, 3 chemists, Wests club, cafes, bakeries & restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Thai, fish n chips...), Blackbutt Nature Reserve, parks & playgrounds - all within walking distance. Bus stop is about 800m from home. John Hunter Hospital is 5 minutes away. Westfield shopping center, cinema & restaurant comlex is about 4km away. Beaches & 'town' are about 10km away.
