Room with lovely sea view from private veranda , a drop away from beach bars of the beautifull western part of Hvar town and 15 min walk from Main square. My other two rooms you can view on my profile page. The space This bedroom has cute en suite bathroom and a wide shaded balcony Just for you , with sea view on one side and garden on the other . If you like to sleep longer in the morning this room is the best choice. It is located on the 1st floor of the family house - there are just 2 more double rooms with same amenities here for our guests and our visitors are couples and solo travellers . Every room has independent keys . There's no kitchen facilities , but there's a fridge at disposal for the gests outside the room, and water heater for tea /coffe facilitates, plates , cups etc , so you can easily prepare your breakfast at home . Supermarket is just a drop away from the house , and the restaurants are in 5-15 min walk range . Tourist tax is included in price. Smoking is allowed on the bedroom's private balcony and outer space. There's place to park your car near the house in a quiet road . You can rent a scooter nearby and be mostly everywhere in Hvar in minutes . This part of town , even if not far away, is quieter than busy and noisy center in the harbour . You have beaches 7 min walk downhill from the house , and some very frequented beach bars :Falko beach bar & food , hula hula , Les bains ,and a lot of summer's sport activities to enjoy near the house . The beaches are pebble and rocky , the sea is crystalline . I'll recommend you more places and beaches that deserve your attention , on islands in front of Hvar too and give you neccessary info to help you to make the most of your holidays , so as the insider tips of friendly agencies for wine tasting , off-road tours , kayaking , sailing , boat renting as well as some interesting spots and events to visit in Hvar and in all island of Hvar , which suits your interests . Restaurants , of course , all tipes and range .From traditional food to fine dining . Mostly always i come to pick up my gests near main square , so you don't have to look for the location after travelling . Please note we are not a hotel with full time receptionist in place , therefore is of most importance to comunicate the details of arrival at least the evening before arrival and to stay in touch by phone during arrival to help organise your check in at best . Check in is always from 1pm . During your stay you can expect : - Help with useful local tips tailored individually , a map , and a general introduction upon arrival . Car direction : for those who come with car from Starigrad ferry the direction is -From Starigrad you'll drive to Hvar . When you arrive and see the sign of the town HVAR ., and after going downhill to town , go to the right , pass the parking places / on your left / and follow the sign Amfora ,Samoretov dolac , Vira , - go uphill , and then on the crossroad take the indication CENTER , You're in ulica b. J. Dubokovica . Drive for some 200 m and you'll see the panorama of the islands on your left . The road then start to go downhill and you take the first little road on your left side - ULICA LUKE TUDORA - just go STRAIGHT down for 50 m , and you'll find yourself behind the house -we're the third house on right side of the road . From the parking places downtown it should be 5 min ride .
