The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels. You have all the amenities of a home including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, loft area, cathedral ceilings, high speed internet with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney+). It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more. The space Although called a tiny house, it is large. Tiny houses are up to 400 square feet and that is what this house offers. It is really equivalent to a large hotel suite with private bedroom (queen size bed), living area with ultra hd television, kitchen with two burner stove, and a convection oven, plus microwave and toaster. Fresh coffee beans are provided with a coffee grinder. Full sized refrigerator with complementary soft drinks and bubbly water. There is a one time $25 cleaning fee. We are committed to paying a livable wage. Fiber optic wifi ensures fast reliable internet. Guest access There are two private parking spaces in front of the house. There is a second queen size pull out couch. Very comfortable. Other things to note Please do not use the church parking lot. We have two paved spaces in front of the house.
