The space The design and styling of our Guesthouse is modern, clean and chic; providing an elegant country getaway with all the modern comforts. Just outside the door is your own botanic gardens free to roam, picnic and photograph. The accommodation includes Queen Bed + Bedsides, Built-in Wardrobes and Sofa The kitchen features a coffee machine, LG fridge /freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, cooktop and kitchen table and chairs. Split-cycle air-conditioning and Fireplace provide the perfect temperature and atmosphere for guests to feel cosy and comfortable. Free high-speed WIFI is provided and guests can work remotely with confidence. A wall-mounted flat screen television with HDMI cord allows guests to connect devices and watch their streaming services. The windows have sheer curtains and roll-down blinds for various privacy options and light filtering. The down-lights have dimmers for various lighting needs from cooking to relaxing. I provide recycling, soft plastic and compost for a sustainable earth-conscious approach to holiday accommodation. Guest access Guests have access too all amenities in the flat. The garden, fernery, orchard and flower plantation are free to roam, photograph and enjoy. There is 3 dams on the property that is home to many native birds including our resident water hens, ducks, parrots and gallahs. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of a wedge tail Eagle circling above, the giant yellow-tail black Cockatoos screeching through the grounds and even a kangaroo, echidna and turtles! There is a covered gazebo with fly-screens which features a BBQ, tables and chairs and a small bar fridge. There is also a fold-up table and chairs to picnic with on the property if you wish to dine elsewhere. There is ample parking on the property, and 2 additional outdoor toilets near the BBQ area. Other things to note Spectacular Garden display flowering all year long. A large collection of unique native Australian plants grow on our property. In particular many Grevillea, Banksia and grafted plants from Western Australia. . Our commercial flower plantation features Waratahs, Proteas, flowering gum, kangaroo paw and Pimeleas.
