[Solmaru Fine Farm House] # This is a private pension that guarantees a comfortable rest for families. Heating and cooling are guaranteed, and there are lawns and barbecue facilities that can be used individually. There are 3 bedrooms/2 toilets/swimming pool/barbecue area/private lawn. ​ # Absolutely no pets! If you bring them, you will be removed immediately. Absolutely not. ​ # The number of guests is strictly enforced and thoroughly managed. The standard occupancy is 6 people. Up to 8 adults/children/up to 10 people including infants under 3 years old. If you exceed the number of guests booked in advance on Airbnb, you will be removed immediately without refund. Visitors are also included in the number of guests. We do not accept additional guests on site. ​ # Barbecue grill/torch/tongs/grill/fridge/microwave/rice cooker/electric kettle/induction/dryer/pot/bowl/spoon/towel/shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toothpaste are provided. # Charcoal/firewood is sold. The space # Bedrooms: 3 (2 queen size beds, 1 low-rise family bed, 2 toilets) # Swimming pool: 2m X 4m depth 80cm children's water playground (operated only from July to August)/Only groundwater like an ice rink is supplied. # Kitchen: induction / fridge / microwave / rice cooker / various cooking utensils and kitchen utensils / bowls, etc. # Living room: sofa / cable broadcast / 32-inch TV (not a smart TV) / 8-person dining table and chairs # Barbecue: Indoor - A dining table/chair is prepared in a separate indoor space connected to the accommodation. Outside - Premium barbecue grill/outside dining table/chair/torch/grill free (charcoal 1.5kg 20,000 KRW) # Brazier: Campfire available, firewood on sale (10kg of firewood 10,000 KRW) # Parking lot: 2 cars can be parked right next to the accommodation/Additional vehicles are guided separately by the on-site manager # Promenade: There is a promenade created directly around the accommodation. Enjoy it slowly. # Jacuzzi: Paid Jacuzzi with hot water is only available in Unit 3. It is 30,000 KRW for one use, and please make a reservation in advance the day before use.
