My place is close to Research institutes of Academgorodok, Academ Park business incubator, Novosibirsk State University, restaurants and cafes, bus stop, concert hall, public gyms, ski trails. Botanic Garden with its nice forest, gardens, and a small pond is just 5 minutes by foot. The apartment is newly renovated. It is cosy, with a lot of room, packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.
