The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove, washing machine, powerful hairdryer, iron, etc. In the kitchen we have all of the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. TV supports Netflix (if you have your own account) and it comes with more than 30 English and Spanish channels. You also have access to a speedy Wi-Fi. For hot summer months we have air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, that work as heaters in winter months. Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. We also provide beach towels, and all essential amenities to enjoy the beach and sea! Our apartment is ideal for couples or small families who want a quiet holiday near the beach and local amenities.  The are some nice bars and restaurants in the area and La Zenia beach is only 300m away by foot. You don't need to rent a car, because local buses and taxis are readily available.  A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
