SHARED LISTING! I LIVE HERE FULL TIME. Please know that I keep my home very clean & sanitized. Spacious deck with magnificent views ! Very short walk to the Jemez River. Short drive to Fenton Lake. Surrounded by Santa Fe Nat. Forest, natural hot springs ,Preserves as well as Historical Monuments. Dining close by. After an unfortunate house fire due to a faulty pellet stove in December 2023 we have rebuilt. A brand new ,cozy home to offer our guests. No pellet stove! Lol You will love our place! The space A cozy home in Jemez Springs with magnificent views , Rivers, lakes, hiking , natural hot springs surrounded by National Forests , Parks , Preserves & Historical Monuments . An hour drive to Santa Fe, Albuquerque & Taos. Central to shopping , Casinos. Enjoy the clean Mountain air & recharge yourself in this inviting setting. Guest access Access to 1 guest bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as kitchen, living area, deck space , hot tub , BBQ grill available . Other then that it is a shared space listing as we live at home full time. The guest room & restroom are private with shared areas such as kitchen & living room. I also do charge a cleaning fee, but do ask that you strip out linens for me & place all used towels & linens in wash machine . Also, all bag trashed be placed in laundry room. During your stay We're living in the home full time, we're away most weekends . I work in Los Alamos . I do not have access to my cell phone. If I do not respond right away please be patient & I will respond ASAP . I'm available to answer any questions, directions etc.... Other things to note . Be aware of your mountainous terrain & surroundings. There currently is a burn ban in Sandoval County until further notice. . Please do not use fire pit! Propane bbq griddle is permitted. Encounters with wildlife are possible, not likely , but possible . I installed a 5 person Caldera Spas hot tub to help unwind from a long day. Controls are fairly self explanatory . Cell service is available but spotty in some areas. Not responsible for any injuries , accidents or illness while staying at my place. Be aware of the altitude being 6400 feet above sea level & can affect those not accustomed to this high altitude , hydration is very important.
